ASSIGNMENTS - claim received by phone, fax or email
                - an adjuster is assigned the claim
                - an acknowledgement is sent to client with the assigned                   adjuster information

INSPECTION/REPORT - assigned adjuster contacts insured within 24 hours from receipt of assignment
                - inspect loss within 48-72 hours of receipt of assignment
                - estimate, loss report, invoice submitted to client within 5-7                   days of receiving the assignment
